Architecture for collaboration.

AGInC develops integrated coordination architectures for collaboration among people, AI systems, knowledge, evidence and decisions.

LILISA is the AGInC architecture for this work. AGIREG is a regulatory capability within it. This website describes the approach and selected development states; it does not generally prove the availability or suitability of a specific application.

Examples and simplified workflows illustrate architectural principles. They make no binding determination about legal basis, risk classification, notification duties, permitted transfers or compliance. Further information about AGIREG is available on the AGIREG website.

03 / Images and film

Staged and editorially designed.

The separately available AGInC film is a designed presentation of the project's idea. The people, spaces and situations shown are staged; they do not document real customer cases or actual AGInC premises. Markus Unger is responsible for the concept, selection, editing and final assembly.

The home page also uses AI-generated and AI-assisted image and video sequences, edited for this presentation. They do not depict actual AGInC premises or customer cases.

The abstract graphics on this website are visual representations, not screenshots of production systems. The film, scroll video and playback software are self-hosted.

05 / Privacy

As little data as possible.

These AGInC pages use no analytics or marketing services, externally loaded fonts, embedded third-party content or forms. They set no cookies and do not use browser storage to recognize visitors. The linked AGIREG section explains its technical session storage in its privacy notice (in German). Clicking an email link opens the visitor's email program.

Video

On desktop views, the muted scroll video loads as part of the home page. Media for the separately available AGInC film loads only when the visitor starts it. The scroll video, AGInC film and playback software are self-hosted; no data is sent to YouTube or another video platform.

Hosting

This static website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The server is located in Germany. As hosting provider, Hetzner receives the connection data technically required to deliver the website. Insofar as Hetzner processes personal data on our behalf, this takes place on the basis of a data processing agreement. This website does not intentionally transfer personal data to a third country.

Website delivery

When the website is accessed, the delivery infrastructure processes technically necessary connection data, in particular IP address, time, requested resource, amount of data transferred, referrer, and browser and system information. Processing serves secure and technically reliable delivery and protection against misuse.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.

Regular server log files are deleted after no more than 14 days. Data still needed to investigate a specific security incident is kept separately only for the duration of that investigation and then deleted.

Requirement to provide data

Providing personal data is not required by law or contract. Technically necessary connection data is, however, required to retrieve and securely deliver the website.

Right to object

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your other rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
